Soccer Training Info

PTSA provides various forms of soccer training throughout the year.  The list below summarizes the various opportunites that are available within the PTSA, along with helpful links to additional soccer opportunites outside of our orgainzation.

Team Practices

Each recreational and travel team is assigned field time during the week to conduct team based practices.  One or two practices per week totaling two hours are typical during both the Spring and Fall seasons.

PDO Training  (Professional Development Officer)

PDO training is provided in season to all travel team players.  The training sessions are typically held once per week, per team.  The PDO coaches are paid coaches from groups such as PT High School Soccer Staff, the Next Level Training, or other professional soccer organizations.  These are intense practices with additional focus on advanced footskills.  Come ready to practice and improve your game.

Soccer Camps

PTSA, along with the PT Boys and Girls High School Coaches, coordinate several camps and clinics each summer -- and throughout the year.  Registration Links and Info can be found with the links on the right side of this page.
